Last RSC Saturday for March!

And so ends the month of March for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. We've been to Texas and back this month so I've been pretty much AWOL but I hope to get on track soon.

In the meantime, I worked on my Grandmother's Jewels. I finished the darker-toned blues, I need one more green, and I'm finishing up the reds. I hope to be fully caught up by April 1. I do need to remind myself -- this is not a race. So why am I feeling out of breath???? Lol!

Don't forget to visit Angela's blog to see the progress of the others participating in the Rainbow Scrap Challenge. I hope to share more with you soon!

In the meantime, have a great weekend!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

May the luck of the Irish be with ye! 🍀

I've not had much time to blog lately but I have been following my friends in blogland as much as possible. Thought I'd pop in and show you how perfectly fitting the cross-stitch project I'm working on is. Called There is Room by The Proper Stitcher, I've been meaning to stitch this one up for quite a long time. Decided the time was right -- right now!

I'm stitching this on 28ct Vintage Country Mocha 2 threads over 2. It should go fairly quickly since there's no changing thread colors.

I did a little applique recently too. I signed up for the year-long SAL with Made By Hand. I'm doing mine cotton on cotton.

I've also kept busy with my EPP project called Grandmother's Jewels. Pictures in my next post.

Hope you find a pot of gold at the end of your rainbow on this March 17th.
